Step 1. Find a pencil.
Step 2. Find a stopwatch, timer, or a clock you can use to time yourself.
Step 3. Grip the pencil between your molars as demonstrated by Arthur in the previous video.
Step 4. Hold the pencil between your teeth for 60–90 seconds.
Step 5. Put the pencil down and stop the clock.

10 mins once a week, updating a list of 5 things you’re grateful for, that you consider to be blessings.
Exterior gratitude (public expression)
Systematically express. Gratitude in letters to loved ones and colleagues - make it as routine as morning coffee; 2 short notes to friends family, or colleagues thanking them for what they do
