Release || Receive: YOGA + WRITING SERIES

Co-hosted by Danielle Sack of With Love Yoga Co., this series combines embodied writing and movement practice to guide your knowing (and being) in 2025.
From 12/26 - 12/31, daily journal prompts will help you reflect on what you’re ready to release from 2024 and make space for in 2025. Each prompt pairs with a complementary yoga practice to deepen your reflections and set a powerful foundation for the workshop.
On 1/3, our two-hour live session will focus on using pause to gain clarity and set meaningful intentions. Expect guided meditations, journaling exercises, and mindful movement to leave you inspired and focused for the year ahead.
