workplace wellbeing
I bring mindful connection
to forward-thinking companies.
Most workplace wellbeing solutions are forceful about how they increase productivity, optimize output, drive engagement/retention/loyalty. Good stuff! They also tout endless efficiency, scalability, and ease.
Ah. It’s hard to say this in an age of frictionless everything, but meaningful human outcomes don’t often walk hand-in-hand with “ease.” Mystics and science teach us this, again and again.
As a lifelong writer, career-long tech PM, and certified yoga/mindfulness teacher, I offer a unique experience to client partners. I won’t promise you ease at scale, but I will guarantee that investment in mindful connection as a living practice—slow and simple—can change your people, your organization, and your life.
I’d love to journey with you through:
talks & Workshops
Handwritten recognition programs are the heart and soul of my corporate work. The first time I pitched one, a director-level stakeholder called it “radically simple and simply radical.” That’s it! I’ve never been able to say it better.
To handwrite a note is radically simple. In 2025? It’s simply radical.
I partner with HR and People teams to create accessible, sustainable, measurable recognition. Together, we’ll celebrate and support employees (and clients! and more!) through handwritten gratitude practice.
Recognition + appreciation
To experience something in your body is, as poet Mark Nepo says, the “difference between painting a bird and flying.”
If you’re curious how handwriting works as mindful, connective practice—and how that might fit into your organizational culture—a 60-90 minute workshop is a great starting place.
In these immersive, experiential conversations, we’ll discuss mindful writing as a proven way to deeply listen, connect (within and without), and find clarity. Then I’ll offer 2-3 practices, both playful and deep, to get you feeling it.
integrated collaboration
Like anything truly meaningful, deep connection requires time, friction, practice, discomfort—all things we struggle against in our age of faster, more convenient everything.
My process (and outcomes) are based in both ancient wisdom and modern science; they’re strategic and measurable. If you seek a fully-integrated partner on your path to workplace wellbeing: wonderful. You are really doing the work.
I’m always glad to knit into your culture and bring my most tailored, highest-impact strategies to your organization and people.
proof in the pudding data
Deep human connection can be hard to quantify, but I’m committed to measurable impact.
My clients range from teams of 4 to companies of >100,000. Again and again, feedback shows that the simple act of handwriting can create “personal,” “unique,” “unexpected,” and “meaningful” experience just about anywhere.

Hannah
Head of Executive Talent Management, Uber
“Working with Pidge Post…was a seamless experience. Our team provided our internal materials and resources and the Pidge team did the rest, designing, printing, and sending card packs for managers to use to recognize their employees. We saw great results…underscoring the impact of this kind of personal, offline recognition.”
Melissa
Director of Services Strategy and Operations, TeleTracking
“radically simple and simply radical!”
Kerry
Director, Flatiron
“we had [another anniversary recognition program], but it was lame! I got a generic postcard in the mail that just said happy anniversary. That one went in the trash, and the handwritten card from my manager went on my desk.”
Alison
Executive Director, SV Food Bank
“The week after [our rest] retreat was epically chaotic, as my entire operations team…was unexpectedly out sick. Usually I would have been a complete stressball, but I was able to draw on what I’d taken away from the retreat and find quick moments of rest throughout the day.”
