👋 welcome in! I’m Anna.
I work as an artist, writer, and teacher of mindful connection. I’m also the human behind Pidge Post, a space that invites you to slow down.
As the world grows ever more chaotic and demanding of our attention, I believe fiercely in the human right to pause. My work empowers individuals, businesses, and communities to step back from the screen and discover simple, radical acts that shape a vibrant, meaningful life.
Pidge Post is my small rebellion within a culture that demands constant doing, growth, and consumption. It’s a gentle, joyful resistance. Whether you’re here to dive deep or you’re simply curious, you’re in the right place.
find connection in the slow & Small
At rest
Rest is a deceptive word. To “rest” can be quiet and peaceful; it can also be playful, loud, full-bodied. Each year, I host unplugged retreats that invite rest through nourishing, nature-based practice. We move in dance and yoga, eat good food, commune, revel in our messy and lovely shared humanity.
And, yes, sometimes we nap.
at work
I partner with forward-thinking organizations to create meaningful, measurable wellbeing programs. My expertise: workplace connection, recognition/appreciation, and sustainable culture change.
At Uber, 78% called Pidge Post “more impactful” than any existing recognition program(s).
in community
The Seattle area is a special place to be a working artist and writer. I’m grateful for countless thoughtful, human-centered operations—from galleries to farms to childcare centers—with whom I collaborate to create immersive public art, tell important stories, and gather humans in low-barrier, lighthearted community.
