This practice combines yoga asana (movement) and svadhyaya (introspection), gently knitting together yoga’s physical and spiritual elements.

Classes include

  • journaling

  • movement

  • meditation and/or breathwork

  • poetry

  • community

Slow down and find flow, in—and within—the body, mind, heart. You need not be a yogi or writer! Simply join when you can and pay what you wish.
